This is gonna sound weird, but it’s true. “Fellowship” in the church today is very shallowly defined. I believe that the body of Christ should look like the “fellowship of the ring” in The Lord of the Rings! They suffered together, carried each other, rescued each other from death, wiped blood off each other, yelled at each other when they needed to, and were committed to each other. They literally walked through hell together. They defeated the enemy together, and never lost their heart or faithfulness. Most people in most modern-day churches don’t even care about receiving a truthful answer to the question “How are you?
